GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
The reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit or total amount requested has been paid. JOHOUSE reserves the right to cancel reservations not confirmed within the established deadlines.

2. PAYMENTS
The full amount of the reservation is required at the time of confirmation.
We accept major credit cards and digital payment systems.
The booking will be considered valid only after receipt of payment.
If payment is not received by the deadline, the request will be canceled without any guarantee of reconfirmation.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%)
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund
Free 24h: after booking you can cancel without penalty within the first 24 hours (only if there are at least 7 days before check-in).

4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times are indicated in the booking confirmation. A valid identity document is required at check-in.

5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. JOHOUSE reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
Personal data collected are processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Italian privacy law. For more information please refer to the Privacy Policy.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court of Milan has jurisdiction.
